Social Media Assistant (Contract)
Hi, I’m Alicia Claire de Mello. I’m Avaline’s Social Media Manager and we are in search of a Social Media Assistant for the Brand Team.
This is an ongoing contract position with opportunity to extend to a full time role.
As Social Media Assistant, you will be supporting the Social Media Manager with video and photo production that may be used for Avaline’s social, email, and ad channels. This role will have a direct impact on the consistency of content across all brand channels. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging written, graphic, and video content, while working collaboratively with the Social Media Manager and Art Director.
What You'll Do:
- Video and photo creation that may be used for ads, and miscellaneous brand and marketing assets.
- Assists the Art Director with social assets
- Expand and diversify creator network through research and outreach
- Uploads content to Later
- Easily adaptable to changing assets on the marketing calendar
Who you are:
- Comfortable collaboratively in fast paced and changing environments
- Passionate about creative, brand and social
- Strong ability to multitask and work independently
- 1-2 years of content creation experience
- Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram or TikTok
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro or similar software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Possesses a creative portfolio aligning to Avaline’s aesthetic
The Social Media Assistant position comes with a pay rate of up to $2,500 per month.
