Purchases of $150 or more receive free ground shipping. The ground shipping rate for orders below $150 starts at $15 depending on your location. Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are as follows: $55 for three bottle purchases, $70 for 6 bottles, $85 for 9 bottles, and $100 for 12 bottles. We are not offering expedited shipping options at this time. We are currently unable to offer free shipping for subscription orders going to Alaska or Hawaii.

To request an order cancelation, please contact us at hello@drinkavaline.com. A re-stocking fee will be applied if the order has already shipped. We are unable to cancel an order if the package has already been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
You can reach out to UPS directly to arrange a different delivery date. We recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice where you can manage your shipments and receive delivery updates. An adult signature (21+) is required for delivery and UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned to our warehouse. A restocking fee will be applied if your package is returned. Please track your shipment to see the delivery status and make arrangements in advance of the expected delivery date.

Avaline (pronounced /ah-vah-leene/) is a company founded on raising the standard of what goes into your glass. Avaline makes clean, delicious wines with organic grapes. Transparently produced, full of natural goodness, free of unnecessary extras. Avaline was founded in 2018 and officially launched in July of 2020 with a range of clean delicious wines for your everyday.
Cameron and Katherine’s journey to start Avaline began with a personal desire for wines with fewer, better ingredients and greater transparency. Their mission is to champion a new standard for what goes into your glass, starting with wine.
For Avaline, clean means always using organically grown grapes, vegan-friendly (we never add animal by-products), no colors and concentrates or unnecessary sugars, keeping sulfites always below 100ppm, when needed, only NOP (National Organic Program) approved ingredients and of utmost importance, being transparent.
According to the USDA, in order to be able to say that our wine is Made with Organic Grapes the following have to be true:
- 100% of the grapes need to come from Certified Organic vineyards. The US recognizes the organic certification that is obtained by each of our producers including the Competent Body of Catalonia (Spain) and Ecocert (France). - Yeast and any other agricultural ingredients are required to be produced without harmful methods (like genetic engineering). - Any additional ingredients have to be specifically allowed on the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances and any ingredients that are not on the list can't exceed 5% of the total product. - The wine must contain less than 100ppm of sulfites. While wine naturally produces some sulfites, they can’t be added to Organic Wine. It’s important to us that every glass of Avaline is delicious and thus we add sulfites to stabilize the wine.
The wine industry is regulated by the TTB, not the FDA. This means that unlike other packaged foods and beverages, wine brands are not required to disclose ingredients or nutritional information. In the United States, over 70 ingredients can be added to wines without any disclosure. You can learn more about the common additives here.
All of the ingredients in our wine adhere to the guidelines set in place by the USDA for wine that is Made With Organic Grapes. You can see the list of carefully considered ingredients for each wine on every product page listed in the Ingredients section.
Yes, we opt for animal-free fining, so you can drink easy knowing no egg whites, fish bladders, or casein are used in the making of our wine.
Yes, all Avaline wines are gluten-free. Grapes themselves are gluten-free and in our winemaking process, there is no introduction of gluten.

All of our still wines are fermented dry, which means there is 0g sugar in each serving. Our sparkling wine is also dry and has 0.5g of sugar per serving.
We’re committed to reducing the flow of products that end up in landfills. Because of this, all of our packaging, down to our screw cap is recyclable, just make sure you rinse your bottles so your city will accept them!

To sign up for an Avaline subscription, simply choose the variety, quantity, and frequency that fits your needs with a 6 bottle or 24 can minimum. Save 15% plus free shipping on every subscription order. You can modify, skip, or cancel anytime by creating an online account. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping for subscription orders going to Alaska or Hawaii.

Our bundles and limited edition wines are not eligible for subscription because of their limited stock and seasonal availability. A product with the “Subscribe and Save'' option on its product page will indicate that it is available for purchase on subscription. You can also shop directly on this page, which includes all the wines that are eligible for the program.
To edit your existing subscription, you must create an account on our website by visiting this page. Please note: you must use the same email address for your account that you used to place your subscription. Once you create an account, login and navigate to the Subscriptions tab and click on Manage Account. You will see the option to change your shipping address or billing information. You can also reach out to customer service if you need any assistance.
In the Subscription portal within your account, you will see the option to add to your shipment. This allows you to add items to your next order as a one time purchase or add additional eligible products to your subscription.
Yes, you can skip a shipment within an active subscription at anytime. First, you must create an account on our website by visiting this page. Please note: you must use the same email address for your account that you used to place your subscription. Once you create an account, login and navigate to the Subscriptions tab. To skip the upcoming shipment, click SKIP, and your next shipment will deliver on the next date that's based on your chosen delivery frequency. If your next upcoming shipment has already shipped, you won't be able to skip that shipment. We will send you an email notification 3 days in advance of every shipment so that you have time to modify it in advance.
