Organic Grapes
Every bottle starts with organically farmed European grapes, grown without synthetic herbicides or pesticides, and little else is added. Nothing unnecessary—just honest, expressive wine.
Low Sugar
Almost all of our wines are fermented dry for a completely sugar-free sip. In our Prosecco, we use the lowest sugar needed to deliver on taste, resulting in a wine that contains 50% less sugar than leading brands.

"Sauv blanc is ok, probably wouldn’t buy it again though. Prosecco is good, but the cork is so hard to remove, it is almost a deterrent to drinking it. White blend surprised me. I really liked the flavors, but will probably buy from local retailer and not direct since it’s cheaper to buy local with case discount."
