Brand Activation Associate

Hi, I’m Lindsey. I’m the Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Avaline and I am seeking a passionate and proactive Brand Activation Associate with a focus on event and partnership experience. Responsibilities will include:

Events (40%)

  • Maintain event calendar and comms with broader team to maximize activation
  • Coordinate, execute and attend Avaline sponsored events (consumer and trade). Majority are in LA but some will require travel.
  • Manage vendors to execute branded materials for events: swag, print, signage, etc.
  • Maintain event toolkit and logistics surround - shipping assets, managing inventory, etc.

Talent / Partnerships (30%)

  • Manage brand influencer giftings and VIP relationships including list building, product coordination, shipping/ deliveries, influencer comms
  • Coordinating partnerships/ project managing

Community (20%)

  • Respond to all social media comments and messages
  • Manage “community” CRM, driving pre- and post- event engagement

Samples (10%)

  • Be available 2x days to go to LA storage to pull samples for events, shoots and VIP needs
  • Track budget for samples

  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in areas of Marketing, Business or Hospitality
  • 2-4 years experience in related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Skills, Netsuite Experience is a plus
  • Must be based local to West Los Angeles, CA

The Brand Activation Associate position comes with a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year + annual bonus.
