Your Must-Have Wines for Fall
Autumn is here, and we can't help but crave warmer meals and fuller-bodied sips. Luckily, there's so much great fall produce, and so many good options in our collection. Here are some of our favorite wines to rotate in as we all gear up for the season ahead:
White → Chardonnay
Avaline White is so light and delicious for summer, but Chardonnay has a little extra oomph to it, which is great for cooler temps and autumn meals.
Rosé → Syrah
Rosé is delicious all year round, but if you’re not in the mood for something chilled, reach for Syrah. It has a juicy brightness and a floral hint to it, like our Rosé—it’s the perfect swap for fall.

Looking for some kitchen inspiration? Swap in these organic ingredients next time you're cooking. We promise they'll result in some incredible pairings:
Lettuces → Kale + Swiss Chard
In the fall, start making salads with heartier greens like kale (massaged, always) or swapping out salads altogether for cooked greens. Grounding and delicious!
Peaches → Apples + Pears
Stone fruit is *delicious* but there are many reasons to get excited for orchard fruits. The flavor profile of apples and pears goes so well with warm, savory fall meals (and pie, of course).
Zucchini → Sweet Potatoes + Squash
Start switching out watery, lighter squashes like zucchini for heartier, more starchy squashes and root veggies like sweet potatoes, parsnips and winter squash.
Bell Peppers → Broccoli + Cabbage
Come fall, we’re swapping out fresh, crunchy veggies like peppers and cucumbers for different kinds of brassicas like broccoli, cabbage and brussel sprouts that can be eaten raw *or* roasted.
