The Perfect Spring Spritz
The sun is shining a little brighter, the air is warmer, flowers are blooming—spring makes us want to drink spritzes all day long. Here's our newest obsession: the Hugo Spritz. It's the perfect thing to sip this season, and a great alternative to the classic Aperol Spritz (of course we enjoy both). The Hugo Spritz originated in Northern Italy, and features the fresh, floral flavors of St. Germain (an elderflower liqueur), Avaline Sparkling, mint and lemon.

Directions:
Start by adding fresh mint leaves at the bottom of your glass. Pour your St. Germain over top, then muddle with the back of a wooden spoon to release the oils in the mint. Then, add a handful of ice. Add a big splash Avaline Sparkling, then fill the rest of the way with sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of lemon, more mint leaves if you'd like, and sip/serve immediately.
Santé!!
