We're a close-knit team here at Avaline—it really feels like family! But some of the women we work with are raising families of their own, on top of working full time. In honor of Mother's Day coming up, we wanted to introduce you to all of the amazing moms on our team.

Meet Ashley

What do you do for Avaline?

I oversee Avaline’s direct to consumer business, including customer acquisition + retention strategy & running our (beautiful) website.

What is your favorite thing about being a mom?

The joy and appreciation that my son expresses from even the smallest things, like a few extra minutes of snuggling at bedtime, serves as a reminder to soak up those moments and that every day can be special.

What is the best mom advice you've ever received?

It’s important and totally okay to prioritize time to yourself.

What do you really want for Mother's Day?

I love a medium-bodied red, slightly chilled, so I have my eyes on our limited-edition Bobal from Spain... And I’ve been really into sneakers lately :)

What do you do for Avaline?

E-commerce and Customer Success. I am here to help improve the customer experience!

What is your favorite thing about becoming a mom?

Becoming a first time mom is very nerve wracking but super exciting! I get to look forward to helping shape this little person’s future and having my own mini little best friend.

What is the best mom advice you've ever received?

Be patient with yourself, this is the one job in life that doesn’t come with a manual.

What do you really want for Mother's Day?

A bottle of Avaline Cabernet and a Jeep (wink wink to the husband!)

 

Meet Sienna

What do you do for Avaline?

As the Director of People, I manage all of the things that ensure our internal Avaline team is taken care of.

What is your favorite thing about becoming a mom?

Laughing at all of the learning curves - mine, and my toddler’s.

What is the best mom advice you've ever received?

The one that really hits as time goes by is “the days are long but the years are short.” It helps put those difficult days into perspective when you’re in the moment and realize that it’s all temporary. It’s the most bittersweet part about motherhood.

What do you really want for Mother's Day?

A case of Avaline Rosé Cans and a solid nap... preferably in that order.

What do you do for Avaline?

I'm the Director of Sales, so I oversee placing Avaline in stores all across the country!

What is your favorite thing about becoming a mom?

There are so many things! Experiencing life from their perspective, laughing so hard everyday from something they said or did, my heart expanding more than I ever thought possible just to name a few.

What is the best mom advice you've ever received?

2 tips: Do a little bit of laundry everyday so it doesn’t pile up, and get a very good insulated cup or get used to drinking cold coffee.
