The Avaline cocktails you need to drink this spring

As the scent of orange and lemon blossoms linger in the warm, evening air, we are invigorated by the promise spring brings. Inspired by the fruitful buds we see on our neighborhood walks and the crisp, clean wines we have grown to love oh, so much, we wanted to share with you our favorite cocktail recipes. The perfect sips to take you from full-bellied brunches to lazy Sunday naps on the porch.

Up first, the Avaline mimosa (it’s a classic, how could we not?)

To us, a good mimosa is all about clean, delicious ingredients - that's why we start with Avaline Sparkling. Freshly squeezed orange is the way to go because the juice not only makes the flavor be more vibrant, but you will be sure your juice has no added sugar. We also recommend trying out different citruses to give a little variety to the classic mimosa.

What you’ll need:

Step-by-step:

Squeeze your own juice. Try using different citruses like grapefruit, tangerine, blood orange or even a tangelo. This will give your mimosa a little oomph to make it extra special.

Top it off with as much Avaline Sparkling as you desire. When your wine is made with organic grapes, vegan-friendly and under 0.5g of sugars, you’re sure to sparkle too. (We think a mimosa should be mostly bubbles, but you do you.)

The Avaline White Sangrito

When in the mood for something irresistibly refreshing, we recommend the Avaline White Sangrito. It’s like a Mojito and Sangria had a baby, but with zero added sugar. Glug. Glug. Glug.

What you’ll need:

Step-by-step:

Ok, this might be one of the easiest (to make and drink) wine cocktails you can make and it is *sure* to please a crowd.

All you need to do add your sliced limes (we did about 3-4 limes), mint leaves and a bottle of Avaline White wine to a large jug (or jar) and let chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Serve with ice, a slice of lime and mint leaves for garnish.

High in antioxidants and vitamin C, the Pomegranate Citrus Avaline Rosé Spritz is practically begging to be enjoyed (and shared). This Spritz is as beautiful as it is delicious, so please share your photos with us so we can live vicariously through you.

What you’ll need:

Step-by-step:

Combine pomegranate juice, grapefruit, blood oranges, kumquat slices, and Avaline Rosé in a large pitcher.

When ready to serve, top with sparkling water (to taste), a slice of grapefruit, and a couple kumquat halves.
