There's something special about peaches and Sauvignon Blanc together—the fruit is sweet and a little floral, the wine is crisp and bright, and together they taste like a late afternoon in July. We use peach purée here because it blends right in and gives you that beautiful color, but fresh sliced peaches work too. Made for a good cheese board and slow summer evenings.
What You'll Need:
- Avaline Sauvignon Blanc
- Peach purée
- Sparkling water
- Fresh mint
- Ice
- A slice of peach to garnish
Directions:
Fill your glass with ice. Spoon in the peach purée, then pour the Sauvignon Blanc over it. Top with sparkling water and stir until everything comes together. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and a few sprigs of mint.
