Our signature Avaline × LEORA Frosé is a refreshing blend of Avaline Rosé and ripe organic strawberries, made with zero added sugar. Light, crisp, and made for long afternoons in the sun, it's quickly become the drink of the season. You can find it all summer long at LEORA Cafe, or order delivery through Postmates and Uber Eats if you’re local.
We couldn't think of a better place to pour our frosé, but if you can't make it to LEORA, we wanted to bring the recipe home to you. Below, LEORA co-founder Leor shares his go-to method: simple, beautiful, and made with just a few ingredients. Consider this your invitation to recreate a little bit of California sunshine, wherever you are.
Avaline x LEORA Frosé
It’s vibrant, fruity, and best when shared.
What you’ll need:
- 5oz Avaline Rosé
- 16 strawberries
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of water
How to make:
- Bring 10 strawberries and 1 cup of water to a simmer for 10 minutes
- Let it cool, then blend
- Drizzle purée inside glass
- Add rosé, 6 strawberries and ice to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into purée-lined glass and enjoy!
