A natural by-product of fermentation, sulfites stabilize wine. While wine can legally have up to 350ppm of sulfites, we add just enough to ensure it consistently tastes great, always keeping the total amount to under 100ppm.

Xarel-lo is the backbone of our white and lends fresh notes of lemon zest and bright acidity. Blended with Macabeo & Malvasia, which add beautiful peach blossom aromatics and an impressively smooth finish, the trio bring a perfectly balanced glass that is oh, so easy to enjoy.
Avaline Red is a beautiful blend of two aromatic and fruitful grapes: Grenache & Syrah. The Grenache is smooth and adds black cherry aromas with a hint of cinnamon, while the Syrah brings boldness along with notes of plum, (fresh cracked) peppercorn, and fresh blackberry.
